Refund Policy

At LITTLEMISSDRAMA, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. The following policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded. Please review carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Order Cancellation & Amendments

  • Orders may be canceled only before shipment is arranged.

  • Cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted within 12 hours of successful payment.

  • Once an order enters fulfillment, packing, or shipping stages, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

  • Approved cancellations are subject to a handling fee of 6.9% + $1 to cover transaction and administrative costs.

2. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date or within 14 days after delivery, whichever occurs later.

  • Returned items must remain unused, unworn, and in resalable condition, including all original accessories and packaging.

  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect, damage, or fulfillment error.

  • All return requests must be approved in advance by contacting service@littlemissdrama.us.

3. Refund Conditions
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails to arrive within the guaranteed delivery timeframe.

  • Supporting evidence such as photos, unpacking videos, order number, and customer details is provided.

  • Refunds for non-quality-related reasons are allowed; however, return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

  • Refunds are issued only after returned items are received and verified.

4. Replacement Policy

  • If an order is not delivered due to a confirmed carrier error, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

  • If delivery failure results from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, replacement costs must be covered by the customer.

5. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases
The following situations are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Delays caused by incorrect customer information or missed delivery attempts.

  • Orders already in transit.

  • Pre-order or made-to-order items, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

  • Returns submitted without prior authorization.

  • Packages reported lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

  • Delays or losses caused by customs inspections, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

6. Failed or Undeliverable Shipments

  • If a package cannot be delivered, we will attempt to contact the customer using the information provided at checkout.

  • If no response is received and the package is returned or destroyed by the carrier, LITTLEMISSDRAMA will not be responsible for compensation or replacement.

7. International Orders

  • International shipments may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes.

  • Orders cannot be canceled or returned due to refusal to pay customs fees or dissatisfaction with international shipping costs.
